This business is called the Dragon Gym, is a martial art studio it was actually founded in 1973 by my instructor Diego and then about 10 years ago my business partner and I Lanie Back, we took over the original studio and from there you know were started growing in developing children program and adult programs.
This is our first second location and so this is a big first step it’s definitely been a big incredible success for us, to from being owner and operator in a single location now being actually business owners and starting scale out into second and eventually third and fourth and more location of Dragon Gym. The nice thing about running the Dragon Gym is gives us an opportunity to really have more influence in the community, being instructor of martial arts running this martial arts business enable us to you know influence children and adults helping them in their daily lives and improve the community at large.
About a year and a half ago my business partner and I Lanie, we were driving back from New York and we have reach the point in our original business it’s we says what do we do next? So we decided within 18 months we were going to open our second location, but we kind of did the math and do what we would need in terms of financial in order to do that.
Within that time period we got connected with Credit Suite through financing from the Credit Suite program were actually able to accelerate our time line and were able to open this location in 6 months instead of 18 months, getting more financing meant that we could start fulfilling our dreams. So our dream with Dragon Gym is to have 10 or more locations all across the country, in getting the financing of Credit Suite were able to open our second location and were looking to open our third mid next year as well.
